Wake FC is pleased to announce a supplemental tryout for both the W League & USL Academy Women's Leagues.  We have participated in both leagues since their inception in 2021.  

The USL W League is a leader in pre-professional soccer in North America, developing the next generation of women's talent both on and off the field. The USL W League strives to use women’s soccer as a force for societal good by creating a national platform to increase opportunity, gender equity, and career development. The League and its member clubs are committed to investing in women’s soccer – through not only financial resources but also with time, energy, and attention – and are united in our mission to grow the women’s game.

The USL W League will serve as the nation’s premier pre-professional league developing the next generation of women’s talent both on and off the field, enhancing the women’s soccer pipeline between college and professional soccer.

Wake FC's W League and USL Academy/reserve team spots still remain. To complete the team, the club will host an open tryout for all interested players in the area. Players must be at least 16-years-old by the tryout date.

We’re excited to announce another season of pre-professional soccer right here in Holly Springs! The USL League Two creates an excellent opportunity for college athletes looking for highly competitive play between seasons.  

Since 2019, our senior men's team has competed in the USL League Two. As the pinnacle of our player development model, the USL League Two is vital importance to the growth of Wake FC and our commitment to providing a unique soccer experience in Wake County.

Wake FC is also pleased to announce we will be fielding a UPSL Team in the spring of 2025.  Any player interested in playing should attend the tryout!
